If the appointment no longer suits you and you would like to cancel it, please contact us by email or phone.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please let us know as early as possible. As reorganizing appointments requires time, cancellations or appointment changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment by email or phone, taking our opening hours into consideration.
